How do I watch or listen to the video broadcast?

If you've already registered, we've emailed you information on how to join the summit via either video or webcast... and a phone number and a PIN code for audio-only. (Don't see it in your inbox? Please check your spam filter.)

You can watch the Inspiring Women with Soul sessions over the internet — accessible on your computer, tablet, or smartphone. Or you can listen to the audio only by phone:

Additional Video Troubleshooting:

  • If your video becomes choppy (i.e. starts and stops), please pause the video, keep it paused for a full minute, and then resume playback.

  • If your video completely freezes, refresh the page in your web browser.

  • If neither of those solve the problem, try using a different web browser, or quit/restart your current browser.

How do I watch or listen to the free replays?

Videos are posted on the Program Schedule & Replays page, usually within four hours after the live broadcast. Then they’re available to you for free replay for 48 hours. Click on the speaker’s name on the left, and the "Play video" section will appear above the speaker’s bio on the right once the video’s been posted.

NOTE: If you don’t see a video replay option, either the video is not posted yet, or the free playback window has expired. If you’ve had the Program Schedule & Replays web page open for a while, please refresh or reload the page to update it.

Additional Audio Troubleshooting:

Our default audio player will work on most devices by clicking the yellow “Play” button. Make sure that the player is not muted by clicking the "max volume" speaker icon on the right side of the volume bar, and that the volume on your computer/device is turned up. If you’re still not hearing anything, then take one of the following steps and try the “Play” button again:

If you've upgraded, you’ll have lifetime access to your collection through your Premium Membership Downloads page, where you'll find the session videos, and exclusive bonuses as they become available.
To access your collection:

  1. Visit the Premium Membership page here.
  2. Enter your email address into the box (the email you used to register for the summit) and click the Sign Inbutton.
  3. If you don't see the Sign In bar, you're probably already signed in. (To confirm you can try clicking on an audio to see if it plays.)

Once you're signed in, you can scroll down the page to see the materials that are available. (Transcripts may take up to two weeks to be posted following the session broadcast.)
